Two IU Students Awarded Gilman Scholarships

Two Indiana University students were recently awarded Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarships to pursue studies overseas for spring 2014.
- Petrina Gerth, a senior majoring in Accounting, International Business and Spanish at IU Bloomington, received an award to study in Santiago, Dominican Republic during the spring 2014 semester.
- Elizabeth McClary, a senior majoring in EALC/Korean and India Studies at IU Bloomington, received $4,000 to study in Seoul, South Korea, during the spring 2014 semester.
The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and administered by the Institute of International Education.
