Welcome to IU

We hope that you are having a wonderful first semester at IU! Though you are still getting settled into life at IU, it is never too early to start thinking about study abroad opportunities! As you decide on a major and start planning your academic career, consider how an international experience can benefit your studies and career development.

  • Talk to your academic advisor about your interest in studying abroad during your career at IU.
  • Come into our office and talk with a study abroad advisor or peer counselor about program options related to your major.
  • Start planning financially for your study abroad program.
