• This is a spring-only semester program at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB)
• This is a new program in 2023. It is anticipated to support 3-5 Kelley students who will study amongst 300 international students in the Erasmus program at AUEB.

Tentative Spring 2023 Dates:

Orientation: Monday, 20 February – Friday, 24 February 2023

Classes start: Tuesday, 28 February 2023

Classes end: Friday, 9 June 2023

Exam period: Monday, 12 June 2023 – Friday, 7 July 2023

Students must take their final exams in-person, onsite in Athens. AUEB makes every effort to arrange final exams for international students in the beginning weeks of the exam period however, the final exam schedule is not finalized until early April. Therefore, students must plan for the possibility that they must stay in Athens until late June or early July.

This is a spring-only semester program.

• Required Introduction Greek language course (3 credits)
• Four additional courses in business topics conducted in English (3 credits each)

This program is restricted to students admitted to the Kelley School of Business.

The program will satisfy the IUB Gen Ed World Languages and Culture Requirement.

Students should inquire with ksabroad@indiana.edu about business credit. For Kelley majors, please contact the Kelley International Programs Office directly for business specific equivalencies.

You may apply if you:

• are an undergraduate student at any Indiana University campus who is making normal academic progress
• are in at least your fourth full-time semester of college
• are an admitted Kelley business student
• have approximately a 3.0 cumulative GPA

Business majors must have (or will have) successfully completed the KSB prerequisite of the Business Integrative Core (or equivalent coursework at an IU campus outside Bloomington) by the start of the program.

No Greek language background required.

Students must have a passport valid for six months beyond program's end date.

Students must be able to demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and self-reliance.

Complete eligibility criteria and selection criteria are outlined within the Academic Policies and Procedures of the Office of Overseas Study. Selection is based on maturity, seriousness of purpose, and appropriateness of match between program and applicant. Students on disciplinary probation during program period are ineligible.
